Experience and Education

Keith specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing effective wealth management planning for clients. Drawing upon his years of experience in the financial services industry, he develops strategies to help protect clients’ assets from market volatility, help create tax savings and reduce capital gains tax. He also helps clients grow and preserve wealth through estate tax savings and for the benefit of philanthropic organizations.

Prior to joining Mariner, Keith was the President of RTS Private Wealth Management, where he specialized in analyzing, designing and implementing effective wealth management planning for his clients.

Before that he served as the vice president and managing executive of Northern Trust in Scottsdale, Ariz. He has worked as a senior fiduciary officer, director of marketing and sales and Southwest/regional director for Bank of America’s trust department. He was also the assistant vice president and trust officer at Valley National Bank Phoenix for 11 years.

Keith is currently serving on the finance and investment committee for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix and is currently a member of the board of directors for Arizona Musicfest. He also is the treasurer of the board of directors Caritas in Veritate headquartered in Rome, Italy. In the past, he has served as the chairman of the board Catholic Community Foundation Phoenix, president of Legatus Phoenix, president of the Finance Council St. Thomas the Apostle Phoenix and co-chairman Money Smart Kids of Arizona. Keith is knighted into the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and knighted into the Order of Malta.

Keith has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a master’s business administration degree from the University of Phoenix.

Personal Interests

Keith and his family enjoy travel, entertaining friends and family, cycling and deep-sea fishing.
